On America's 250th birthday, IRF Secretariat — with the Alliance of Virtue, Good Faith Partnership, and Love Your Neighbor Community — convenes leaders from civil society, business, philanthropy, and government, and people of all faiths and beliefs, for a historic, action-oriented gathering.
The Moment
America's 250th is the moment to reaffirm the Founders' gift — and to catalyze concrete action.
Government and social restrictions on religion remain at peak levels, with roughly 80% of the world's population living in countries with high or very high overall restrictions (Pew Research Center). This problem is persisting.
The IRF Peace Builders Forum convenes leaders from civil society, business, philanthropy, and governments — and people of all faiths and beliefs — to remember, celebrate, and reaffirm the Founders' commitment to, and codification of, religious freedom for everyone, and to launch the next phase of the movement to meet the persistent attacks on religious freedom globally.

Celebrating & Reaffirming the Gift
From Magna Carta to the First Amendment: the history of religious freedom and its implications for the future; American stories of faith communities who have flourished here; the global cost of religious unfreedom; and the proven models — the IRF Roundtable, the Prague Model, and the Eurasia proof of concept — that point to the next phase.
The day closes with the America 250 IRF Awards Dinner.
The Next Phase
The launch of the Civil Society Collaborative for Religious Freedom, Peace & Prosperity and its flagship Global Peace & Prosperity Initiative — carried forward by a founding partnership of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates — followed by regional, national, and IRF Roundtable initiative reveals and a coordinated path forward.
